Spanish Fork Skypark

Spanish Fork Skypark is an industrial development spanning 126 acres in Utah County’s industrial quadrant. Comprising nine buildings and totaling 2 million sq.ft., the project’s first phase will begin construction in 2024. It is situated in the heart of Utah County’s fastest growing industrial submarket at the intersection of I-15 and Hwy 6, crucial transportation routes connecting Utah to Denver, Albuquerque, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Greater Texas and many other major destinations.

West Village – Granary

West Village – Granary is an urban mixed-use project in downtown Salt Lake City’s new innovation district. Spanning 6.7 acres, it is entitled for 607 units of Class A multifamily, 180,000 sq.ft. of office and life science, and 8,000 sq.ft. of curated retail space. Once an industrial and rail corridor, the Granary District is now a vibrant neighbourhood attracting entrepreneurs, designers, artists, brewers, and craftsmen. Phase I construction commences in Q1 2024.

410 Chipeta – University of Utah’s Research Park

410 Chipeta is a 260,000 sq.ft. life science development situated on 4.7 acres within the University of Utah’s Research Park. Located on campus, Research Park is a vibrant and accessible district dedicated to technology and life science innovation. As part of a new 20-year master plan development, the project will contribute to the ongoing growth, investment, and talent attraction in the park. Initial sitework has already commenced, with construction to start imminently.
