icon. – Manhattan

The Icon rental building is a luxury 121 unit building on the border of Hell’s Kitchen and Times Square. Tenants have spectacular views of the midtown skyline, Central Park, and the Hudson River. 1042 Atlantic Ave

1042 Atlantic Avenue is one of the last vested development sites in Crown Heights that will benefit from the 421a Tax Abatement. With the Affordable New York program having expired in June 2022, all other future development projects will not benefit from the 35 year tax program. The project will be 235,000 sq.ft. and construction is expected to begin Summer 2023.

149 Spring Street – SoHo

149 Spring is a fully renovated prime mixed-use property located at the epicenter of SoHo, between West Broadway and Wooster and is less than 100 feet away from anchor tenants such as Chanel and Valentino. 888 Atlantic Avenue is one of the last development sites in Prospect Heights that qualifies for the 421a Tax Abatement which expired in 2022. This site yields 211,560 gross sq.ft., including 181,200 sq.ft. of residential space, 14,660 sq.ft. of retail space, 5,500 sq.ft. for medical offices, and a 40-space parking lot. The building will feature 228 residences, with 69 affordable housing units. Construction commences summer 2023.

Bowery – Nolita
