West Village – Granary
West Village – Granary is an urban mixed-use project in downtown Salt Lake City’s new innovation district. Spanning 6.7 acres, it is entitled for 607 units of Class A multifamily, 180,000 sq.ft. of office and life science, and 8,000 sq.ft. of curated retail space. Once an industrial and rail corridor, the Granary District is now a vibrant neighbourhood attracting entrepreneurs, designers, artists, brewers, and craftsmen. Phase I construction commences in Q1 2024.
